Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Libra Woodwork. All of our items are handmade to order, and we take great care in preparing each piece before dispatch.
Processing Times
As each item is handmade to order, processing times may vary depending on the product and current order volume. Estimated dispatch times are shown on each product listing.
If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to help.
Shipping Methods
We use trusted courier services including Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, UPS and InPost depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched where applicable.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
UK: 1–5 working days after dispatch
Europe: 5–14 working days
International: 7–21 working days
Please note these delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Shipping Costs
We offer free UK shipping on most items. Any shipping charges for oversized, custom-made, or international orders will be clearly shown at checkout before purchase.
Taxes & Duties
All prices include applicable taxes, and we cover all import duties and customs charges where applicable. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — there will be no unexpected fees on delivery.
Delays
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is in the hands of the courier. While we will assist where possible, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assess the issue and arrange a resolution.
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply to resend it.
Local Collection
Local collection may be available from West Sussex, UK on selected items. Please contact us before ordering to arrange collection.
